1. NO SMOKING INSIDE PREMISES WHATSOEVER
2. NO SMOKING ON PROPERTY OR WITHIN 10 FEET OF PROPERTY WHATSOEVER.
3. NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ON PREMISES WHATSOEVER.
4. NO PORNOGRAPHY ALLOWED ON PREMISES WHATSOEVER

The Following Rules are strictly enfroced and may lead to fines and/or immediate eviction. Any prepaid rents and deposits will be forfeited. Tenant is responsible for all damages and rents lost until the unit is re-rented.

• NO WEAPONS ON PROPERTY
• NO GUEST OF THE OPPOSITE SEX ALLOWED IN THE BEDROOMS
• NO GUESTS OF THE OPPOSITE SEX ALLOWED IN APARTMENTS FROM 1AM TO 7AM ( This rule is enforced to provide common courtesy to other roommates. Please respect their privacy by keeping this rule)
